Refund policy

Returns or exchanges of a product are a right for all our customers and apply to all the products offered on our store.
All products available on our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original packaging.
Returns must be made within three (3) days, and replacements within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
Please contact us via the Contact Us page or by phone to request a return or exchange.
Kindly take a photo and send the product along with your city, address, and order number so that it can be replaced with another product in case the product is damaged, has a defect, or is not as described.
A full refund will be given if the product received is completely different from the one shown on our website.
We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding product use that were not mentioned on the product page of our website.
A 30% deduction will be applied if the customer no longer wants the product and there is no defect or issue reported.
